Users can customize the intervals' work type, duration, and order, as well as choose colors and warning sounds for each interval. Interval Flow automatically calculates the work/recovery ratio for each exercise program, ensuring that users get the most effective workout.

This app is not limited to specific types of exercises. It proves to be an indispensable partner for various exercise routines, including HIIT, TABATA, WOD, AMRAP, Crossfit, Yoga, Pilates, Meditation, and Stretching. It adapts to match individuals' paces and provides structured guidance to achieve specific fitness goals.

Interval Flow revolutionizes the workout experience by providing an intelligent workout tracking system. Users can stay in the zone while our voice assist handles the rest. It dynamically calculates the work/recovery ratio, assisting users in unlocking their potential.

The app offers a 1-month auto-renewable subscription with a 7-day free trial that unlocks premium features such as unlimited workouts, timer program editing, and autoplay. The subscription costs $1.99 per month and will be charged to the user's credit card through their iTunes account. It will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited upon subscription purchase. Users have the option to turn off auto-renewal in their account settings after purchase.
